Physical Activity / Fundamental Movement Skills

FMS planner
Use this blank or completed FMS planner to help ensure that kids get exposed to each FMS skill across the year! It aims to ensure each skill is explicitly taught throughout the year, intentionally and not by chance. However, on a daily basis other skills should still be demonstrated or used opportunistically during play.
