Juicy Jelly
Serves: 8 cups
Ingredients
4 cups 100% apple juice
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbs Gelatine
Method
In a medium saucepan, place 2 cups (500ml) apple juice and the raspberries. Bring it to the boil. Remove from heat and whisk in gelatine to dissolve. Stir through remaining apple juice.
Pour juice through a strainer to remove raspberry seeds, then pour strained juice into cups, moulds or a bowl. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or overnight, to set.
